A note on the name: “Bonsai Kreativ Club” refers to the club and workshop section of this website. The legal entity recorded in Austria’s Central Register of Associations is named “Bonsai Kreativ”.
Josef Rauscher organises and communicates about workshops in his capacity as chairman of the association. Workshop confirmations and payment requests are issued in the association’s name; payments are made to the association’s account. VAT ID ATU82621557 and GISA number 35554219 belong to Josef Rauscher’s commercial activities and are not association identifiers. Buying a product from the studio is a separate transaction.
Workshop registrations are subject to the association’s participation terms. Terms for product transactions with Josef Rauscher do not thereby become part of a workshop registration.

Josef Rauscher makes the final editorial decisions for this website. Separately, the Bonsai Kreativ association is the organiser and contracting party for workshops and is responsible for workshop registration, payment requests and workshop impressions.
