Developing each tree step by step.
Light pruning, reduction cuts and thinning are part of the June programme. The appropriate steps for each bonsai depend on its condition and future development. These photographs record work on a range of deciduous and coniferous trees and the stages reached during the workshop. Each tree is considered individually and developed through discussion.
